CLARKESVILLE - Just in time for June, a traditional wedding month, is Habersham Community Theatre's (HCT) production of "Dearly Beloved," which will run June 8-10, 14-16.

It is the first in a trilogy about the fictional Futrelle Sisters
- Frankie, Honey Raye and Twink - who live in a small town in Texas called Fayro, and what happens as they plan for an "elaborate wedding" that ends up going terribly wrong.

The trilogies were written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jaimie Wooten, American playwrights who are collectively known as Jones Hope Wooten.

"I really have enjoyed getting to know the Futrelle family" says director Justin Dudkiewicz. "The characters are real people who audiences will identify with; they are family, friends and neighbors. Like the Biddy Sisters in A Biddy Full Day, people will want to know the continuing story of the sisters. I can't wait to tell the rest of the story and it will be interesting to watch the cast as they develop with the characters."

The cast members, who represent not only Habersham County, but Franklin, Banks, Stephens and White as well, are: DeDe Ross as Frankie Futrelle; Alta Moseley as Twink Futrelle; Alison Singer as Honey Raye Futrelle; Emily Brown as Geneva; Ashley Drake as Tina Jo/Gina Jo; Kevin Callahan as Justin; Pat Hammett as Nelda; Barbara Grizzard as Patsy; Michael Fisher as John Curtis; Zach Brookshire as Dub; and Jerry Davis as Wiley. Crew members include Ann Perkins as Stage Manager, Cassandra Martin as backstage Wardrobe Manager and Kristen Scheib as technical manager.

Tickets are $13 for adults and $8 for children and full-time students. Reservations may be made at 706-839-1315 or you may purchase tickets online at www.habershamtheater.org.
