NGTC receives adult literacy grant

CLARKESVILLE - North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) Foundation has received $15,000 from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation for GED test fees.

"GED graduates are to be especially celebrated," noted NGTC President Dr. Gail Thaxton. "This award changes the life of the graduate and also of the family members. We can only imagine the opportunities that are now available to the graduates
