Soccer: Lady Falcons finish regular season on winning nnote

FLOWERY BRANCH -- The Flowery Branch girls soccer team finished the regular season on a solid note knocking off Grady 3-1 Tuesday night.

Cassidy Elrod had a goal and an assist for the Lady Falcons, who finished 17-1 on the season. Kayla Robles and Corrie Thomas had one goal each for Flowery Branch.

Flowery Branch next will play host to Johns Creek on May 2 in the first round of the Class AAAA state playoffs. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Falcons Field.
