Gordon Telford has been an advocate of education and North Georgia Technical College for many years and served on the NGTC Board of Directors for two terms. The scholarship will be initially presented to a deserving student during the 2012 Summer Semester.
To be eligible for consideration a student must meet the following criteria: be a resident of Stephens, Franklin or Hart Counties; have an unmet financial need; must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better; complete the Foundation Scholarship application with a statement of need and future goals; and submit a letter of recommendation from an instructor or employer.
