According to a campaign press release, Davidson is an associate attorney with the law firm of Andrew, Merritt, Reilly & Smith, LLP, where she has worked since March 2004.
Davidson represents Michael T. Smith, in contested cases arising out of his service as the county administrator for the Gwinnett County Probate Court. In addition, Davidson serves as a court-appointed attorney, guardian ad litem and personal representative for the Hall County Probate Court. Davidson also represents private clients in all cases over which the probate court has jurisdiction.
A Hall County native, Davidson and her husband, Tim Davidson, have three children, Tad, Nick and Asher.
Davidson earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brenau University and her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law.
The Committee to Elect Brook Davidson is hosting a Campaign Kick-off Party on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 5-7pm at the John S. Burd Center at Brenau University.
