Soccer: Lady Knights hold off White County

Johnson got a goal from Brittany Martin off an assist from Kayln Dumanowsky in the first 10 minutes and made it stand up in a nail-biting 1-0 win over White County Friday in girls Region 8-AAA soccer action.

Macy Collins and Bethany Johnson combined for the shutout in goal for the Lady Knights.

Johnson (7-3-1, 5-1 in region) will travel to Oconee county on Thursday.
