Baseball: Falcons finish sweep of Clarke Central

FLOWERY BRANCH -- The Flowery Branch baseball team completed a home-and-away sweep of Clarke Central Wednesday with a 7-2 win at the Hog Mountain Complex.

The Falcons beat the Gladiators 5-4 on Monday in Athens.

Chandler Newton earned the win for Flowery Branch allowing just two hits and two runs in six innings.

Chase Hulsey had two hits for Flowery Branch. Brody Thomas, Logan Conley, Chandler Malecki, and Keltin Devoe each had one hit for the Falcons.
