Soccer: Lady Spartans beat Walnut Grove

LOGANVILLE -- The West Hall girls soccer team improved to 3-1 in Region 8B-AAA after taking a 5-2 win over Walnut Grove on the road Friday night.

Katie Forrester paced the offense with two goals for West Hall. Shannon Mundy, Daysi Lucumi and Idalia Avelar also scored for the Lady Spartans.

Rachel Kline had two assists and Alex Smith had four saves for West Hall in goal.
