Soccer: Lady Elephants hold off West Hall

OAKWOOD -- The Gainesville girls soccer team remained perfect in Region 8-AAA after taking a 2-1 win over West Hall Tuesday night on the road.

Hartley Carter and Liza Carpenter each scored one goal for the Lady Elephants (6-2, 4-0 in region).

Gainesville next will play host to Franklin County on Friday.
