Soccer: Marcano hat trick leads Eagles past E. Jackson

GAINESVILLE -- Ryan Marcano recorded his first hat-trick of the season in leading Riverside Military Academy to a 5-1 win over East Jackson Monday in boys soccer action.

Marcano scored one goal in the first half and two in the second half. Oliseabuka Madichie and Ricardo Rivera each scored a goal for the Eagles in the win.

East Jackson's only score came from a shot that was deflected by one of the Riverside defenders past a diving Victor Salcido in goal for the Eagles.

Riverside next will travel to Chestatee on Friday.
