Soccer: Lady Falcons rout Buford

FLOWERY BRANCH -- Cassidy Elrod had three goals and two assists to lead the Flowery Branch girls soccer team to a 9-1 thumping of Buford Tuesday in girls soccer action.

Kayla Robles added two goals and one assist and Cashen Philyaw and Corrie Thomas each had two goals for the Lady Falcons. Alex Lee had one assist for Flowery Branch.

Lauren Dunn had five saves in goal for Flowery Branch (8-0).

The Lady Falcons will take on Clarke Central at home on Friday in a Region 8-AAAA matchup.
