The third-seeded Vikings never trailed and led by as many as 26 in the second half.
"This was a good road win for us," East Hall coach Joe Dix said. "We were consistent throughout and I thought we did a real good job of coming out ready to play."
J.C. Hampton was a huge factor for East Hall pouring in a career-high 40 points, including five 3-pointers, for the game.
The Vikings led 42-31 at halftime but blew the game open in the the third quarter outscoring the Wolverines (22-8) 27-12 in the period to open up a 69-43 lead.
Hayden Chapman had 16 points and Brian Edwards nine points for East Hall. Joe Berry had nine blocks to anchor the Vikings defense.
East Hall (22-7) moves on to the Class AA Sweet 16, where it will face Manchester, a 71-57 winner over Decatur in the first round, on Wednesday.
"It will be another tough road test but we're just glad to keep playing. We'll go wherever we have to," Dix said.
