Boys basketball: Lakeview closes out regular season with win

GAINESVILLE -- Austin Montgomery poured in 19 points and Joel Larsen added 16 points to lead the lakeview Academy boys to a 83-64 win over Riverside Military Academy Friday night in Region 8A-A action.

The Lions (21-4, 13-1 in subregion) jumped out to the early lead and then pulled away for the win.

Derek Faddol had 13 points for Lakeview Academy.

Adrian Humphrey led Riverside with 20 points.
