Organizers say the event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Trained professionals will guide participants through a 12-point checklist with the participant's own vehicle, making recommendations for car adjustments and adaptations.
CarFit organizers point out that drivers over the age of 65 have the highest crash death rate per mile of any population except for teenagers.
