Vietnam POW, author to speak at RMA

GAINESVILLE - Col. Lee Ellis, USAF (Ret) and author of Leading with Honor: Leadership Lessons from the Hanoi Hilton will be the Character Development program speaker at Riverside Military Academy (RMA). The program will be held in Riverside's Sandy Beaver Center Auditorium and will begin at approximately 11:15 a.m. It will be open to the public at no charge.

Col. Ellis' book includes his experience of being shot down in enemy territory while flying an F-4 Phantom over Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. He survived 5 ½ years as a POW.

The book's focus is on finding freedom from anything that holds you back in the pursuit of your best self.
