Water interruptions this week on Golden Pkwy., Friendship Rd.

GAINESVILLE - City water officials have issued alerts for water customers on Golden Parkway and Friendship Road, saying that water service will be interrupted this week.

Service will be interrupted on Golden Parkway starting at 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30 and extending until 4:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 31. Crews will be working on water main improvements along the roadway.

Meanwhile, water service will be interrupted on Friendship Road the following night during the same hours for work on water mains.

Officials say the work hours are approximate and depend on weather conditions.
