Girls basketball: Flowery Branch whips Winder-Barrow

FLOWERY BRANCH -- Flowery Branch built a quick 16-4 first quarter lead and then cruised to a 57-44 win over Winder-Barrow Friday night.

Cara Chilton led the Lady Falcons with 17 points, eight rebounds, and three blocks. Marissa Ivey added 14 points, including four 3-pointers, Jacey Ramey had 12 points, and Tavia Sykes had 10 points for the Flowery Branch.
