Boys basketball: Falcons win third straight

FLOWERY BRANCH -- The Flowery Branch boys basketball team matched its longest win streak of the season Friday night with a 48-42 win overt Winder-Barrow.

It was the third straight win for the Falcons (9-10, 3-2 in Region 8A-AAAA) who moved into a second place tie with Habersham Central.

Jamaad Stephens paced Flowery Branch with 20 points. Drew Miles added 13 points for the Falcons.
