Girls basketball: Rabun County whips Dawson in 8A-AA battle

DAWSONVILLE -- Rabun County blew open a close game outscoring Dawson County 26-11 in the second quarter en route to a 75-57 victory in Region 8A-AA girls basketball action.

The Lady Wildcats led just 18-16 after the first quarter but exploded in the second quarter. Rabun County pushed its lead to 61-40 by the end of the third quarter.

Morgan Huber led Dawson County with 12 points. Ashley Parker and Sheyenne Seabolt ecah had 10m points for the Lady Tigers.
