Poplar Springs Rd. reopens

GAINESVILLE - A section of Poplar Springs Road in South Hall has reopened after being closed for a time this morning because of a traffic accident.<br />
<br />
The road was closed at Hopewell Church Road where a car ran off the road in a "bad curve," according to the AccessNorthGa.com Traffic Center.
