He was captured about 3:00, about an hour after a break in at an apartment at Audubon Crest Apartments on Mundy Mill Drive. A spokesman for the Hall County Sheriff's Office says he was picked up about 200 yards from the apartment complex after authorities set up a perimeter following a report of a burglary in progress.
The apartment that was broken into was occupied but no one was injured.
