The class was selected from a pool of 35 finalists.
The class includes women's basketball referee Sally Smalley Bell of Gainesville and will be inducted in February.
In addition to Bell, Glavine and Smoltz, it also includes Georgia swimming coach Jack Bauerle, former Georgia Southern quarterback Tracy Ham, former high school, college and NFL referee Bob Boylston and former Georgia running back Cliff Kimsey.
Glavine won 305 games, including 244 with the Braves. He had his No. 47 retired by the Braves in 2010. Smoltz pitched for Atlanta from 1988-2008 before finishing his career with Boston and St. Louis in 2009. He had 213 wins and 154 saves.
