Flowery Branch woman killed in wreck on I-985

FLOWERY BRANCH - The woman killed in a crash Tuesday morning on Interstate 985 near Flowery Branch has been identified.

Hall County Coroner Marion Merck said 49-year-old Sharon Flynn was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened around 10 a.m. at the Friendship Road interchange.

Merck said Flynn was the only person in the car at the time of the accident.

Details of the wreck have not been released.
