Hall County Coroner Marion Merck says the young man was still on life support as of 7:00 Thursday morning.
He was one of five people injured in a wreck about 7:30 Thursday morning on Mount Vernon Road near the school.
Hall County Fire & EMS Chief David Kimbrell said four juveniles and one adult were injured in the crash and taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
The others suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to Kimbrell.
