Volleyball: Buford sweeps Pinecrest, South Forsyth

Buford swept a pair of matches in tri-meet volleyball action Thusrday.

The Lady Wolves won a tough match over Pinecrest 27-25, 25-15 and then rallied from a game down to beat South Forsyth 20-25, 25-23, 25-20.

Maggie Roper paced Buford with 15 kills, 18 digs, and four blocks. Bailey Hicks added 17 assists, Jessica Falletta had 12 digs, eight aces, and six kills, and Mikhayla Riegel had 20 digs to lead the defense.
