13 year old beaten in Cumming for Gucci backpack

CUMMING, Ga. (AP) Authorities say they're increasing patrols of an upscale shopping center in Forsyth County after a 13-year-old boy was attacked and robbed of his Gucci backpack outside a movie theater there.

Sheriff's officials say the teen was punched in the face without warning and repeatedly hit while he was on the ground.

Authorities say the boy had to be taken to a hospital for treatment.

The four teenagers were taken into custody and faces charges of robbery, battery and theft.
