Lula ES teacher selected for national learning-to-read program

LULA - Lula Elementary School kindergarten teacher Tina Blalock has been selected as one of 20 teachers from across the country to participate in the "LeapFrog Teacher Ambassador Program."
Lula Elementary Principal Matthew Alexander says Blalock receives a free trip to Emeryville, Calif., early next month to participate in training in the technology-enhanced learning-to-read program popular among children.
