Closed Forsyth Co. road reopens

CUMMING - A fiery wreck involving a tractor-trailer and a pick-up closed all lanes of Georgia Highway 9 just north of McFarland Road in Forsyth County about 4:00 this morning. It was almost six hours before the road reopened.

Both vehicles caught fire and there was a diesel fuel leak.

Motorists were re-routed along Mullinax Road to Post Road.

No one was injured.
