2 Hall students named Georgia Scholars

ATLANTA - Two Hall County students have been named Georgia Scholars.<br /> <br /> They are Kyle Reynolds of Chestatee High School and Sally Justus of West Hall High. <br /> <br /> The program is an annual effort by the state Department of Education to identify and recognize high school seniors who have achieved excellence in school and community life.<br /> <br /> To qualify a student must exhibit excellence in all phases of school life, in community activities, and in the home.
