Buford man's body pulled from Chattahoochee

JOHNS CREEK - Fishermen in Johns Creek have pulled the body of a North Gwinnett man from from the Chattahoochee River.
Police say the men found the body of 51-year-old Samuel Skaggs of Buford around 6 p.m. Saturday.
Investigators say they pulled Skaggs' body from the river, brought it ashore and called police.
They say that there's no sign of foul play, that Skaggs seems to have drowned.
