ATLANTA - Four members of a suicide group that Georgia prosecutors say helped a cancer-stricken man kill himself plan to challenge a judge's ruling that allowed charges to go forward.

The four members of the Final Exit Network are planning to ask the Georgia Supreme Court to overturn Forsyth County Superior Court Judge David Dickinson's decision last week to reject their challenge.

Defense attorneys asked Dickinson to toss the charges because they say the law restricting the group from advertising its services violates free speech laws.
But Dickinson ruled that ``pure speech is in no way chilled or limited'' by the law and sided with prosecutors.
