Springtime events galore this weekend

UNDATED - From Easter egg hunts, to Murrayville Days and the kickoff of the Little League baseball and softball season in Gainesville, there's a long list of springtime events on tap Saturday around northeast Georgia.

Dahlonega's Bear on the Square Mountain Festival also begins a two-day run Saturday and Clarkesville's Homemade Jam will be held Saturday from 2:00-4:-00 at Pitts Park.

But the prospect of rain and thunderstorms has already prompted the postponement of one scheduled event: the Great American Cleanup in Habersham County. It has been rescheduled for April 30th.
