Tennis: West Hall boys close out near-perfect regular season

FLOWERY BRANCH -- The West Hall boys tennis team closed out one of its best seasons ever with a 5-0 whitewash of Monroe Area Thursday in Region 8B-AAA at the Bobby Bailey Tennis Center.

The Spartans 16-2, 11-1 in 8B-AAA) did not drop a set. Brenden Worth, Tatum Scroggs, and Min Kim all got wins in singles.

The doubles teams of Jacob Bruns and Sam Pinson and Ryan Casey and Connor Kirkland got big wins in the victory.

West Hall will be the NO. 1 seed from 8B-AAA in the Region Tournament beginning April 13 at the Bobby Bailey Tennis Center.
