It was two weeks ago that plans for the pilot initiative were announced.
School system spokesman Gordon Higgins said at the time the system's nursing and nutrition directors will play major roles in implementing the program with Minnesota-based United Health Care.
Higgins said Friendship Elementary will be the system's pilot school this spring. The program begins system-wide next fall for grades K-8.
New information being released in advance of Monday night's meeting include the criteria, among other things, and is as follows:
