Winder Hwy. reopens

GAINESVILLE - Winder Highway just south of the Blackshear Place reopened just before 8:00 this morning after being closed for about 45 minutes because of a traffic accident.

Hall County Fire and EMS Chief David Kimbrell said the accident involved two vehicles and that three people were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with minor injuries.

AccessNorthGa.com's Jerry Gunn reported from the scene that the vehicles involved in the accident were an SUV taxi and a car.
