DACULA - A North Gwinnett woman remains in jail on DUI and other charges after police say her children were injured when she drove her car off the road and hit a utility pole.

Police say Jessica Janette Rattley had a blood alcohol level of .112 when she was arrested after Sunday's accident in Gwinnett County. The legal limit in Georgia is .08.

Gwinnett County police spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith said Rattley's children - who are about 16 and about 8 - were taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite. Their conditions were not available.

Smith said Rattley is charged with DUI, DUI-child endangerment, serious injury by vehicle, reckless driving and other traffic offenses.
