Trial of alleged gang members continues

GAINESVILLE - Testimony resumed Wednesday morning in the trial in Gainesville of two men on street gang charges related to the death of another man last year.

Fernando Acosta and Juan Hurtado went on trial Monday in Hall County Superior Court.

They were among nine alleged gang members arrested in the case... only one of whom was charged with murder.The incident happened in the early morning hours of June 13 2010. (See earlier stories.)
