CUMMING - A massive home in Forsyth County that cost nearly $50 million to build has gone through foreclosure, and is now listed at $16.75 million.

The 47,000-square-foot mansion known as Le Reve has 10 fireplaces, two elevators and features horse-riding facilities and a four-acre lake on the property.

Real estate agent Troy Stowe says it has a 27-seat home theater which is a replica of the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. He says more than $1 million was spent on the home theater alone and that it is furnished, and also includes a $75,000 to $100,000 train set. Other amenities include a two-lane Brunswick bowling alley, a 1950s-themed diner, and an arcade.

The home's name is French for ``The Dream.''
