But the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that a federal judge issued a ruling recentlly that clears the way for the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta to proceed with developing the park.
A leading opponent of the YMCA plan, former Forsyth County Commissioner David Richard, is quoted as saying the odds are stacked against the opposition and any further appeal likely won't change the outcome.
