Boys basketball: East Hall storms to win over Fannin

BLUE RIDGE -- The East Hall boys basketball team soared to a 74-39 win over Fannin County on Friday in Blue Ridge.

Brian Edwards scored a game-high 19 points for the Vikings (17-5, 8-0 Region 8A-AA) in the victory. East Hall will enter the Region 8-AA tournament as the No. 1 seed from 8A-AA.

Joshua Hampton also added 11 points for East Hall.

The Vikings play host to Gainesville on Saturday in Valhalla.
