Each Atlanta player was named an Eastern Conference reserve on Thursday night.
Johnson is the first Atlanta player since Dominique Wilkins to be named an All-Star in five straight years. Wilkins made nine straight teams from 1986-94.
Johnson has return after missing nine games with an elbow injury to average 20.6 points and 5.5 assists this season.
Horford, in his fourth season, made his second straight All-Star team. He is averaging 16.1 points and ranks seventh in the league with 9.9 rebounds per game. He is also seventh with 24 double-doubles.
