Girls basketball: No. 2 Buford blows past Decatur

BUFORD -- Class AA No. 2-ranked Buford opened a quick lead and then cruised to a 51-27 win over Decatur Tuesday in Region 6A-AA play.

Andraya Carter led the Lady Wolves (17-2, 5-0 in subregion) with 23 points.

Buford next travels to Cross Keys on Friday.
