ATLANTA - Georgia drivers could face more than just a fine for driving with snow or ice on their vehicles under a proposal pending in the state Legislature.

State Rep. Rashad Taylor's proposal would require motorists to completely clear their vehicles of snow and ice or face a misdemeanor charge.

The Atlanta Democrat's proposal says that ice or snow that obstructs the driver's view could also fall off the vehicle and block streets and highways.
