Administrative offices, courts and community centers will be closed Dec. 22-26. They'll also be closed Jan. 2 for the New Year's holiday.
The landfill will be closed for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Compactor sites will be closed Christmas Day only.
As usual, essential public safety and public works personnel will continue on the job during the furlough. Many county services are always available online: residents can renew a vehicle tag, find a new pet, pay taxes, and more at hallcounty.org.
