Boys basketball: Cantrell leads West Hall over Oconee

WATKINSVILLE -- Tyswon Cantrell poured in 22 points to lead West Hall to its third straight victory in a 53-44 win over Oconee County in both teams' Region 8B-AAA opener Friday night.

A.J. Stephens added 12 points for the Spartans (5-4, 1-0 in subregion).

West Hall next will play in the Lanierland Tournament on Monday.
