Girls basketball: Lady Elephants rout Franklin

GAINESVILLE -- Gainesville held Franklin County to just three first quarter points en route to a 41-19 win Friday night in girls basketball action.

The Lady Elephants (6-3) took a 19-8 lead into halftime and outscored the Lady Lions (0-8) 22-11 in the second half to put the game away.

Rebecca Webster paced Gainesville with 10 points.
