Boys basketball: Lions claw War Eagles

GAINESVILLE -- The Lakeview boys basketball team blitzed Chestatee 84-57 on Saturday in Gainesville.

The Lions (2-2) were led by Austin Montgomery's 16 points, while Joel Larsen, Rick Valentine and Derek Fadool scored 10 apiece.

Keelan Passmore and Cole Morgan scored 15 apiece to lead Chestatee.

Lakeview will face George Walton Academy on Wednesday in Monroe. Chestatee will play host to Forsyth Central on Tuesday.
