Endangered missing woman found, safe

HOMER - A woman missing from Banks County for more than a day has been located and is safe.

Banks County officials notified AccessNorthGA.com Thursday morning that 23-year-old Kimberly Marie Smith, who was classified as endangered because of medical conditions and insulin dependency, was located at a relative's home in Jackson County.

Smith had last been seen at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
