Hall County Sheriff's Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks says it happened around 6:00 Saturday morning.
"Deputies discovered that a...window had been broken to gain access to the store," Sgt Wilbanks said. "Deputies also met with a witness, who provided a description of a white male subject that was seen running into nearby woods. Additionally, deputies obtained further descriptive details of the suspect from the store's video surveillance camera."
Wilbanks said it appeared that the only items stolen from the store were four packs of cigarettes.
"While searching the surrounding area, a deputy located a male subject matching the suspect's description in the 2300 block of Pine Circle Drive. Further investigation positively identified that person as the burglary suspect."
Despite the small amount of merchandise stolen, Wilbanks says Truelove faces felony burglary charges.
