Richmond County sheriff's deputies say it happened early Sunday.
Buchanan Marshall was from Flowery Branch.
Though details are sketchy right now, his body was reportedly found in a truck on Cooney Circle in Augusta and investigators say he had been shot at least once.
No word though on what might have led to the shooting.
